Our new database will allow you to control your documents and manage your time efficiently as well as putting everything you need from us in one place, accessible on your phone or laptop, to battle the email bulge! For you, this means less time spent scrolling through old emails and documents, making your admin tasks easier and putting you back in control of your data.
Our goal is to make the recruitment process as fun and easy as possible for our customers. We believe that this new database will significantly lower the challenges that come with being a supply teacher. We are committed to ensuring that you get the best experience possible, and to start will be launching 3 key features on our app/candidate portal.
Timesheets
View all your timesheets in one place, and as simplistic as possible, on weekly view and monthly view. When on assignment the clock in and clock out button tracks your time and creates your timesheet for you at the end of the week. In the portal you can also access all your past payslips and full pay history for whenever you may need it.
Data
Update your data and marketing preferences on the move as and when you change your mind. No more having to call or send an email to your consultant, or lack of time forcing you to continue with undesired preferences.
Availability
Manage your time in advance and maintain the flexibility that you benefit from by being a supply teacher. Let us know your availability, any days not to call you and make a request if there’s a particular day you want to be booked in for.
