Job Description:

Future Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide personalized support to a student with specific needs, empowering them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant:

- Provide 1:1 support to a designated student with special educational needs

- Develop and implement tailored learning strategies

- Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson plans and materials

- Foster independence, confidence, and social skills

- Monitor progress and report to teachers and parents

- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

- Experience working with children with special educational needs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals.

- Commitment to safeguarding children.

- Open to either working in their SEND provision or mainstream classes
