Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4).
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development. 
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a cohesive curriculum. 
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the learning and well-being of all students. 
• Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). 
• Proven experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 levels.
• Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration.
