SEN Teaching Assistants

‍We are seeking experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team at our specialist school for pupils aged 2-11 with severe learning difficulties and complex medical and care needs.

‍Essential Requirements

• At least 3 months experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

• Experience of supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is highly desirable

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Patience, understanding, and a positive approach to supporting students with complex needs

‍Desirable Backgrounds

• Medical or healthcare background

• Experience working with children with complex medical and care needs
