About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in fostering a positive and engaging learning atmosphere. You will work closely with individual students, providing tailored support, and assisting teachers in delivering inspiring lessons. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 support to children, helping them achieve their personal and academic goals.
• Assisting teachers in classroom management and lesson preparation.
• Engaging students in fun and educational activities that spark their curiosity and creativity.
• Helping create an inclusive environment where every child feels valued and motivated.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
• A genuine love for working with children and a desire to support their learning journeys.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
